Purpose of the role

​

HV Energy Systems is looking for someone to join the engineering team to help drive the next phase of growth and project delivery.

​

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Engineer / Senior Authorised Person (SAP).

The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day project management, engineering, planning, and coordination. They will also be responsible for SAP duties on new and existing electrical systems up to 33kV.

​

The role is based at the office and workshop in Bristol. Remote work is acceptable on a case-by-case basis, and site work as and when required.

​

Who we are looking for

​

Professional Engineer with minimum qualifications at HND or Degree level, preferably in Electrical Engineering or related field (Minimum qualifications will not apply where sufficient experience and training is evident).

​

• Experience working with an Independent Connection Provider (ICP)

• Experience with AutoCAD and other engineering software

• Experience in testing and commissioning of electrical protection systems

• Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in the electrical power industry

• Senior Authorised Person up to 33kV
